Your mindset is crucial for your decision making. A common barrier to change is a lack of positivity when it comes to healthy eating. I want to help you focus on the positive!
I will to work on what we can ADD to your life rather than what we can take away.
Currently, I am not accepting clients. Follow me on social media to get updates about new programs and availability.
I work with clients who are ready to start building sustainable nutrition skills. Working with me does NOT mean doing a diet.
I have a holistic approach to nutrition and want to improve overall health. As a non-diet dietitian, weight loss is not a primary goal for nutrition services.
Overall, good nutrition and eating habits should make you feel nourished, energized, and satisfied both physically and mentally. It's important to listen to you body's cues, eat mindfully, and make choices that support your overall health and well-being.
I have always said I want to work with "every day" people who want to take a preventative step towards lifelong health.
My rates will vary depending on the context/content involved! But generally it costs $150/hour plus the cost of travel and supplies.
Due to the nature of my practice, I only take individual client periodically throughout the year. This is so I can ensure I give the best possible care to these clients! Best way to know is to send me a message on social media or email me (dietitiancarly@gmail.com).
Certain extended health benefit plans cover dietitian services either fully or partially. Discuss your eligibility with your health benefits provider. Confirm if your plan includes coverage for registered dietitian or nutritionist services. Familiarizing yourself with the details of your benefits coverage, per-session limits, coverage reset date, etc., will enable you to make an informed decision. It is your responsibility to ensure that your benefit plan includes services by a registered dietitian and to determine if a doctor's note is required. I am unable to process direct billing.
